新形势下的高职院校班主任工作探讨

On the Role of Head teachers in Higher Vocational Colleges under the New Situation

班级是院校最基本的单位、细胞,班主任是其基本的管理者、组织者。随着我国高等教育大众化阶段的到来,高等职业教育已占半壁江山,但与此同时,高等职业院校生源的素质也呈下降趋势,如何培养学生良好的思想、道德素养、优良的班风、学风,班主任工作显得尤为重要。

Class is the basic unit of a college ,and the head teacher is the main manager and or‐ganizer of the class .With the massive development of high education ,higher vocational edu‐cation takes up the half part .However ,the quality of higher vocational college students is towards a descending trend . The head teacher plays an important role in cultivating students’ ideology and morality ,and building good study atmosphere in the class .
