瘦素对前列腺癌发生的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 瘦素是脂肪细胞产生的一种激素,它是调节能量平衡与肥胖之间的一个关键激素,可以直接作用于下丘脑核以及大脑的其他几个区域来抑制食物的摄入和增加能量消耗[1]。瘦素分泌到血浆中的浓度与脂肪组织质量和个体的营养状态呈正比。一般来讲,肥胖的人血浆瘦素水平较高[2-4]。瘦素受体(leptin receptors,LR)是一类具有高度同源性的细胞因子类受体家族。LR至少有5种亚型,各亚型以特定的方式在不同组织中表达[5]。
