摘要
当前,我国职业教育高度重视人才培养质量,要为经济社会发展培养大量高素质人才和技术技能型人才。为切实提高中等职业学校的人才培养质量,文章基于专业类型从整体性职业培育目标、层次性职业素养培育目标和特定性职业素养培育目标三个层面构建中职生职业素养培育的总目标,提出基于专业类型培育中职生职业素养的路径:班会主题式、专业技能课程浸润式、实习初训仿真式、顶岗实习实境式、公共基础课程点滴式、校园文化活动渗透式和社会实践活动延展式。
At present ,we pay high attention to talent training quality of vocational education ,train many high-qual-ity and technological talents .In order to practically improve talent training quality of secondary vocational school ,the paper suggests that we should construct the cultivation targets of professional attainment of secondary vocational students from integrative ,level and special aspects based on types of major .The paper also puts forward some sug-gestion on the route choice of professional attainment cultivation ,i.e.subject class meetings ,immersion courses on professional skill ,simulation trainings ,true post internships ,public basic courses ,pervasive activities on campus cul-ture and extensive social practice .
