高校信息资源校地协同发展和共享机制探析

The Analysis of Mechanisms for Co- construction,Sharing and Collaborative Development of Universities' and Local Information Resources

随着现代信息技术的飞速发展,世界各国的文献信息服务机构都在寻求共建共享协同发展。信息资源价值的最大化也在于其被广泛应用、传播和共享,但是目前各高校、科研机构、企业、政府部门的信息资源均处于"孤立"状态。文章以湖北文理学院和襄阳市资源共享共建为例,论述高校信息资源校地协调发展和共享模式:一是通过"校校、校企、校地"合作为区域经济社会发展服务,二是建立校地科技信息特色数据库及相关网站,三是建立校地信息资源共建共享协调中心。

As the modern information technology develops rapidly ,the literature information services all around the world are working on mechanisms for co -construction ,sharing and collaborative development ,thus to maximize the value of information resources .However ,the information resources in universities ,research institutes ,enterprises and government departments are relatively isolated .Based on the current situation of information resources in different governmental departments and Hubei University of Arts and Science in Xiangyang ,the author analyzed the mecha-nisms for co-construction ,sharing and collaborative development of universities ’ and local information resources：First,serve for regional economic and social development by the cooperation of schools ,enterprises and local govern-ments;Second ,establish a database and website of the characteristic of school and local scientific and technological information;Third,establish a coordinate centre for school and local information resources co -construction and sha-ring.
