摘要
在新生代农民工培训中贯彻以人为本的培训理念是现代社会发展的必然要求,也是提升培训成效的必然选择。依据调查数据和培训流程,分析了农民工培训主体地位的彰显情况和新生代农民工的主体诉求,提出逐步形成"终身化"的培训机制以及"需求导向"的管理模式、建立网络化的管理服务与学习平台、开发与职业资格证书相沟通的模块化培训课程等建议,以增强农民工培训的有效性。
The training of the new generation of migrant worker following an human -oriented idea is an inevitable requirement of modern social development and an inevitable choice to enhance the effect of training .The paper ana-lyzes the highlight subject status of migrant worker in the training ,and the appeals of the new generation of migrant workers according to the data of survey ,put forward the following suggestions:forming the life-long training mecha-nism and demand-oriented management mode gradually ,establishing the network management service and learning platform,developing modular training courses related to professional qualification certificates .
