The Current situation and Issue and Thinking for Research of Xiangnan Traditional Residential Houses

湘南民居是湖南具有典型地域特色的民居形态,近十年来有很多专家学者对其进行了多方面相关研究。大多数是围绕古民居现状,从历史形成及遗存形态方面进行的研究。为更好地发掘、承继和利用好这笔宝贵遗产,应更多地立足于地域文化、民俗风情、地理地貌,结合古民居即成形态进行梳理和总结,并加强当下城乡一体化发展过程中,新的建筑人居空间环境形态的发展及模式的研究。

Xiangnan residential houses are a kind of typical and traditional private house in Hunan province. In the recent years more experts made research into it. Most of the research are about its current situation and historical formation and remains variety. In order to discover inherit and make full use of the precious heritage,the research should be down based upon the local culture,folk customs,geographical landscape,combining with the formation and summerization,and also strengthening the research of current new buildings and spatial environment formation and its development.
