摘要
课程改革实践需要科学的课程理论作指导,泰勒模式一直被奉为课程开发的经典模式,其技术理性和操作的简易性非常适宜于高职课程的开发。但泰勒目标模式也有其显著缺陷,文章结合高职课程开发的要求,按照泰勒原理的基本理论框架,在分析其不适宜之处的同时,综合认为高职课程开发:从确定课程的教学目标来看,在培养"专才"的同时,还要兼顾"通识教育";从教学内容选择及教学过程的组织来看,要以师生互动、探究式教学为主;从课程的评价来看,要将"形成性测验"与"总结性评价"相结合。
Course reform practice needs the guide of scientific course theory. Taylor pattern,its technical reason and simplicity,which is more suitable for course development,has been regraded as the classical mode for course development. Of course,Taylor ' s goal pattern has its obvious shortcoming. This paper,combining the course requirements in vocational college,based on the basic Taylor's theory frame,holds that even the analysis of its unsuitable,from the determination of course teaching aim,general education must be combined with special education,from the teaching process organization and the choice of teaching content,the main form should be the inquiring teaching and teacher-student interaction,from the course evaluation,the formative test and summative evaluation must be combined.
