儿童手足口病后脱甲病的临床特点 被引量：6

摘要 手足口病（hand-foot-mouth disease）是一种由肠道病毒感染引起常见的儿童传染性疾病,可引起手足、口腔等部位的疱疹,少数患儿可引起心肌炎、肺水肿等并发症,近年来文献报道手足口病后可出现脱甲病[1]。为了探讨儿童手足口病后脱甲病的临床特点,本研究回顾性分析了73例手足口病出现脱甲病患儿的临床资料,现报告如下。
