摘要 简略介绍钢坯低倍硫印检验、热酸腐蚀、电解腐蚀、冷酸腐蚀和枝晶腐蚀技术的发展。详细介绍连铸坯最新低倍检验技术即枝晶腐蚀低倍检验技术的应用,包括检验流程、试样加工、腐蚀方法、评级方法,并结合部分钢产品图例分析,阐明了枝晶腐蚀低倍检验技术的优势,不仅能够清晰地显示连铸坯内部的凝固组织和各种缺陷,还能较准确地计算等轴晶率。该技术既能用于连铸坯内部凝固组织和缺陷的研究,还能用于铸坯生产实物质量的监控,为进一步提高钢材质量提供改进依据。 The development of low power inspection technology in steel is introduced briefly, such as sulfur print test, hot acid corrosion, electrolytic corrosion, cold acid corrosion and dendrite corrosion technology. A new low power inspection technology is introduced detailly in the application of continuous casting slab-dendrite corrosion of low power inspection technology, including the test process, sample processing, corrosion method, rating method. Combined with some steel products legend analysis, the dendrite corrosion of low power inspection technology advantage is clarified, the solidification structure and various defects of continuous casting billet internal can be displayed clearly, the ratio of equiaxed crystal can be calculated accurately. The technology can be used to study the solidification structure of continuous casting billet internal and defects, can also be used to monitor the physical quality of casting billet production, to provide basis for further improving the steel quality improvement.
