摘要
对GH761合金重熔铸锭铸态组织中的一次碳化物进行了研究。结果表明,铸锭铸态组织中析出的一次碳化物有两种形态,一类碳化物倾向于在枝晶间孤立析出,成分分析表明是含有W和Mo的Ti C;另一类碳化物是存在于枝晶干的团簇状Ti(N,C),具有较高的N含量。合金中的杂质可以作为一次碳化物形成的核心,促进一次碳化物的析出。
The primary carbides in the as-cast structures of the remelting ingot is studied. The results show that there are two types of primary carbides precipitated in the as-cast structures. The type of carbide tended to precipitate isolated in the inter dendritic area is the TiC with the W and Mo, the other type of carbide precipitated in the dendrite arm with clusters is the Ti ( N, C) with high N content. The impurities in the alloy can be used as cores of the primary carbide forming to promote the precipitation of the primary carbides.
