肿瘤个体化放射治疗 被引量:8

摘要 肿瘤的放射治疗经历了从经验模式到循证模式的革命性变化,基于循证医学的各类指南为肿瘤的放疗提供了依据。然而,循证模式以统计学数据为基础,针对的是患者群体,这就导致了相同分期的不同患者在接受相同的放射治疗后,其肿瘤控制和正常组织损伤差异明显,说明以群体化的信息指导每位患者的治疗是有缺陷的,忽略了肿瘤和正常组织的个体差异。因此,为提高肿瘤放射治疗的疗效,需要针对这些差异“量体裁衣”,实现放疗的个体化。个体化放疗是指在肿瘤放疗的全过程,基于获取的患者及肿瘤相关信息,合理利用现代放射治疗技术和生物物理方法,实现适于患者及肿瘤特异性的放射治疗,从而获得更高的放射治疗疗效。它代表了放疗未来发展的方向。
