复发性流产的中西医病因

The etiology of recurrent spontaneous abortion

复发性流产目前比较明确的西医学病因有：遗传因素,约占复发性流产的4.5%~25%;内分泌因素,约占13%~20%;生殖器官异常,约占12%~15%;感染因素,占2%。除此之外,还有40%左右的复发性流产原因不明,其中免疫学因素是目前认为比较重要的原因之一。复发性流产母体肾虚血虚肝郁或忧怒劳苦、跌扑损伤等均能引起。中医病因主要与肾气不足、气血两虚等因素有关。

According to Western medicine,the etiologies of recurrent spontaneous abortion are genetic factors,accounts for about 4. 5% ~ 25% of recurrent abortion; endocrine factors,accounts for about 13% ~ 20%; abnormal reproductive organs,accounts for about 12% ~ 15%; infection factors,accounting for 2%. In addition,there are about 40% of unexplained recurrent miscarriages. Among them,the immunological factors are currently considered one of the more important reasons. Maternal deficiency of kidney and blood,stagnation of liver Qi,depression and hard work,injury from falling down can give rise to recurrent spontaneous abortion. According to TCM,the etiologies of recurrent spontaneous abortion are deficiency of kidney-Qi and Qi-blood deficiency.
