麝香保心丸治疗寒凝血瘀型冠心病心绞痛

Heart Pill of Musk for the treatment of cold coagulation and blood stasis type of angina pectoris in coronary heart disease

目的探究麝香保心丸治疗寒凝血瘀型冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效。方法选取冠心病心绞痛患者70例,随机分为2组。其中对照组35例,予常规西药治疗;治疗组35例,在常规治疗的基础上加用麝香保心丸,口服6粒/d,分3次服用。2周为1个疗程,治疗1个疗程。治疗结束后,对比治疗前后患者临床症状积分及治疗后疾病复发出现心血管事件的发生率。结果 2组患者治疗后其临床症状均有所改善,治疗组总有效率为76.67%,对照组总有效率为56.67%,治疗组治疗效果优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后2组患者心绞痛发作频率及持续时间较治疗前比均有降低,治疗组与对照组比较,治疗组心绞痛发作频率及持续时间降低明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论麝香保心丸具有芳香开窍、理气散结、活血化瘀之功能,可保护并改善血管内皮细胞,有利于心肌缺血血管再生,在建立侧支循环的同时增强心血管功能,从根本上改善心肌血流供应和心肌缺血,快速缓解冠心病心绞痛的临床症状。

Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of Heart Pill of Musk for the treatment of cold coagulation and blood stasis type of angina pectoris in coronary heart disease. Methods 70 cases of angina pectoris patients with coronary heart disease were randomly divided into two groups： control group（ 35 cases） was given conventional western medicine treatment; Experimental group（ 35 cases） was added Heart Pill of Musk（ 6 pills a day,3 times a day. 2weeks for a period of treatment,1 course of treatment） besides the conventional treatment. The clinical symptoms integral and the recurrence of the incidence of cardiovascular events disease in patients after treatment were compared before and after treatment. Results The clinical symptoms of patients of two groups were improved after treatment. The total effective rate was 76. 67% in the experimental group. The total effective rate of control group was 56. 67%. The treatment effect of treatment group was better than that of the control group. The difference was statistically significant（ P〈 0. 05） The angina frequency and duration of patients in the two groups after treatment were lower than those of pre-treatment. The angina frequency and duration in the treatment group reduced obviously compared with those of the control group. The difference was statistically significant（ P〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Heart Pill of Musk has the function of resuscitation with aromatics,regulating Qi and eliminating stagnation and promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis to protect and improve vascular endothelial cells,promote the angiogenesis of myocardial ischemia,establish the collateral circulation in cardiovascular function,fundamentally improve myocardial blood supply and myocardial ischemia,efficiently relieve clinical symptom of angina pectoris in coronary heart disease.
