微藻的有效成分及生物活性

目的归纳总结目前文献报道的微藻的有效成分及生物活性研究概况,为进一步研究微藻做一些基础研究。方法关于微藻的有效成分和生物活性研究的报道有很多,但主要集中于几种常见微藻,通过查阅搜集已发表的各类文献中对于微藻有效成分及生物活性研究的内容,总结出微藻的有效成分及生物活性。结果微藻具有很强的光合作用能力,其细胞内含有丰富的多糖、蛋白质、色素、多不饱和脂肪酸、萜类化合物、维生素及矿物质等,且均为有利于人体健康的生物活性物质,营养价值极高,是天然的营养保健食品。结论微藻具有抗癌、抗病毒、抗氧化、机体免疫活性调节、抗辐射及抗凝血等多种活性作用。

Objective To summarize the research progress of the effective constituents and biological activities of microalgae in recent literatures and do some basic research for further study on microalgae. Methods There are a lot of researches on the effective constituents and biological activities of microalgae. However,they mainly focused on several common microalgae. The effective constituents and biological activity of microalgae were summarized by collecting relevant published articles. Results Microalgae has strong photosynthetic ability. The cells contain abundant polysaccharide,protein,pigment,polyunsaturated fatty acids,terpenes,vitamins and minerals. These bioactive substances are good to human health with high nutritional value. They are natural nutritional health food products. Conclusion Microalgae has many biological activities such as anti-cancer,anti-virus,anti-oxidation,the activity of the immune regulation,anti-radiation and anti- clotting.
