摘要
目的通过分析测定新疆不同地产红花中重金属及农药残留量的含量,为红花质量标准研究提供数据参考。方法砷、汞、镉、铅、铜测定参照国家标准进行,六六六及DDT测定参照《中国药典》进行,并运用SPASS 20.0中的聚类分析法对测定结果进行分析。结果红花中砷的含量为0.01~2.05 mg/kg,汞的含量为0.008~0.071 mg/kg,镉含量为0.004~0.060 mg/kg,铅含量为0.020~0.65 mg/kg,铜含量为9.73~18.9 mg/kg,六六六和DDT均未检出。聚类分析结果表明和田于田县红花为一类;伊犁、塔城地区红花为一类;昌吉地区红花为一类。结论和田地区奥依托格拉克乡和托格日尕孜乡红花中砷含量〉2.0 mg/kg,其余产地的红花中重金属5项、农药残留均达到标准。不同产地来源的红花中重金属含量有差别,可以根据这种差别进行红花产地的归属判别。
Objective To analyze and determine the content of heavy metals and pesticide residue in safflower from different regions of Xinjiang and provide reference data for the research of quality standard of safflower. Methods Method for determination of arsenic,mercury,cadmium,lead,copper: GB / T5009. 11-2003、GB / T5009. 17-2003、GB / T5009. 15-2003、GB /T5009. 12-2010、GB / T5009. 13-2003; Method for the determination of BHC and DDT: Chinese Pharmacopoeia( 2010 Edition)and append ⅨQ. The cluster analysis method of SPASS 20. 0 was used to analyze the results. Results The content of As in Safflower ranges from 0. 01 to 2. 05 mg / kg,Hg ranges from 0. 008 to 0. 071 mg / kg,Cd ranges from 0. 004 to 0. 060 mg / kg,Pb ranges from 0. 020 to 0. 65 mg / kg,Cu ranges from 9. 73 to 18. 9 mg / kg,BHC and DDT were not detected. Cluster analysis results showed that safflower in Yutian and Hetian County is one class; safflower in Yili and Tacheng areas is one class;safflower in Changji area is one class. Conclusion Arsenic content in safflower was 〉2. 0 mg / kg in regions of Aoyituogela and Tuogerigazi. There were five heavy metals in safflower in the rest places and pesticide residues were up to standard. Heavy metal content in different origins of safflower has difference,which can be used to discriminate the origin of safflower.
