穴位贴敷治疗过敏性鼻炎作用机制及临床应用

目的归纳总结穴位贴敷治疗过敏性鼻炎的作用机制及临床疗效。方法搜集各类文献资料,归纳穴位贴敷疗法在治疗过敏性鼻炎的作用机制,在临床治疗上多采用穴位贴敷单一疗法、穴位贴敷配合电针、穴位贴敷结合壮医药线点灸、穴位贴敷配合拔罐、穴位贴敷配合神阙穴贴敷、穴位贴敷配合穴位注射、穴位贴敷配合超短波治疗、穴位贴敷配合中药内服等方法。结果穴位贴敷是通过经络穴位的刺激和药物经皮给药共同作用的一种外治疗法,可以通过提高人体自身的免疫力,恢复人体生理功能,达到防病治病的目的。单一穴位贴敷与穴位贴敷结合电针、拔罐、中药内服等多种治疗的综合疗法均可有效治疗过敏性鼻炎。结论过穴位贴敷治疗过敏性鼻炎的的理论和实验研究证明其机制主要为调节人体的免疫功能,增强人体自身的抗病能力。

Objective To summarize the action mechanism and clinical application of sticking points for allergic rhinitis.Methods A wide variety of documents and materials were collected to summarize the action mechanism of sticking points for allergic rhinitis. Treatment methods such as single therapy of acupoint application,acupoint application with electro acupuncture,acupoint application combined with medicated thread moxibustion,acupoint application combined with cupping,acupoint application combined with Shenque application,acupoint application combined with acupoint injection,acupoint application combined with ultrashort wave therapy,acupoint application combined wiht Chinese herbs were adopted. Results Acupoint sticking is an outside therapy through the joint action of the stimulation of meridian points and transdermal delivery of drugs,which can improve the body＇s own immune system and restore the body＇s physiological functions to achieve the purpose of preventing and curing diseases. Single acupoint application and acupoint application combined withelectroacupuncture,cupping,Chinese herbs can treat allergic rhinitis effectively. Conclusion The mechanisms of acupoint sticking in the treatment of allergic rhinitis proved by researches on theories and experiments are regulating the body＇s immune function and enhancing the body＇s own disease resistance.
