摘要 目的中医之脾与西医之脾的生理、病理有着很大不同,因此,对于脾虚证实质研究一直是中西医结合研究的重点之一。拟从实验的角度阐述目前脾虚证实质研究概况。方法通过从知网CNKI和万方数据库检索近10年关于脾虚证研究的实验方面的文章。结果结合现代医学手段对脾实质研究从不同角度开展后取得了大量的成果,诸如从细胞,分子、基因水平等方面,随着研究的不断深入,脾实质研究映射到了西医领域的多个系统中,这与中医的整体观是一致的。结论中医对脾虚证形成机理进行了大量探索性研究,未局限于消化系统功能(消化道的病理改变和功能障碍),囊括到了免疫、内分泌、神经、血液、能量转化等几大系统中,于此同时也暴露出了一些弊端,如能够反映出脾虚证本质的现代生物学指标太多,没有特异性,没有针对性,指标之间也缺乏关联性。 Objective The physiology and pathology of the spleen are greatly different between traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine,therefore,the research on spleen deficiency syndrome is a key point in combined traditional Chinese and Western medicine. This article aims to show the current overview of spleen deficiency in experimental research. Methods The articles of spleen deficiency syndrome that published in the latest 20 years in CNKI and Wan Fang database were conducted. Results Research on spleen deficiency syndrome from different point had made great achievements by using western medical methods such as cell,molecular and gene level. Spleen deficiency syndrome involves multiple systems in the field of Western medicine with the deepening development of study,and this is just consistent with the whole concept of Chinese Medicine. Conclusion TCM did lots of exploring research on the formation of spleen deficiency syndrome,and these not only limited to the digestive system( pathological changes and dysfunction of digestive tract),but also involved several systems,such as immune,endocrine,nerve and blood system as well energy conversion. Also,it exposed some disadvantages,for example,too much modern biology indexes reflect the spleen deficiency syndrome. However,specificity,target,and correlations among these indicators are lacking.
