内关穴位刺激对抗模拟失重大鼠心功能变化的研究 被引量:9

摘要 目的研究内关穴位刺激对抗模拟失重大鼠心功能变化的作用,探索对抗失重环境下生理学变化的新措施。方法采用尾部悬吊模拟失重生理效应。大鼠随机分成3组:对照组(Con),尾吊30天组(TS),尾吊30天加内关穴位隔日刺激组(TS+neiguan),每组10只大鼠。结果与Con组比,TS组和TS+neiguan大鼠空腹体重明显下降(P<0.05)。超声心动图指标TS组室间隔舒张末期厚度(IVSd)、室间隔收缩末期厚度(IVSs)、左室短轴缩短率(FS)、左室舒张末期后壁厚度(LVPWd)下降(P<0.05);左室舒张末期内径(LVDd)和左室射血分数(EF)显著下降(P<0.01);心率(HR)显著升高。穴位刺激组尽管所有指标有类似于TS组的变化趋势,但与Con组相比,差别无统计学意义,且TS+neiguan组LVDd明显高于TS组(P<0.01)。去甲肾上腺素(NE)和肾上腺素(EPI)含量TS大鼠均明显高于对照组(P<0.01)和TS+neiguan组(P<0.05);TS+neiguan与Con组比无明显差别。血清血管紧张素Ⅱ(AngⅡ)和皮质酮(CORT)含量各组间无差别。醛固酮(ALD)含量TS组和TS+neiguan组明显高于Con组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论模拟失重主要引起左心室功能降低和结构变化,心血管调节功能变化,内关穴位刺激能较好对抗这些不利影响,在对抗失重生理变化方面可能有较好应用前景。 Objective To research the effects of neiguan acupoint stimulation on the cardiac functional changes in simulated weightlessness rats and explore the new countermeasure against cardiac functional changes in weightlessness environment. Methods- 30° tail suspended rats were used as the model to simulate the physiological effects of weightlessness. Wistar rats were randomly arranged into: control group( Con,n = 10),tailsuspension group( TS,n = 10) and TS + neiguan group( TS + neiguan,n = 10). TS and TS + neiguan were suspended for 30 days,and TS + neiguan was yet stimulated in neiguan acupoint per two days. Results Compared with Con,the body weight in TS and TS + neiguan rats decreased significantly( P 〈 0. 05). About echocardiographic indexes: TS compared with Con,the interventricular septum of the end-diastole( IVSd),the interventricular septum of the end-systole( IVSs),fraction shortening( FS) and the left ventricular posterior wall of end-diastole( LVPWd) decreased( P 〈 0. 05),the left ventricular dimension of end-diastole( LVDd) and ejection fraction( EF) decreased significantly( P 〈 0. 01),the heart rate( HR) increased( P 〈 0. 05). TS +neiguan was the similar trend as TS but no significant difference as compared with Con,otherwise the LVDd increased very significantly( P 〈 0. 01) as compared with TS. It was showed neiguan stimulation ameliorating cardiac function of TS rats. Compared with Con and TS + neiguan rats,the noradrenaline( NE) and epinephrine( EPI) in TS increased significantly( P 〈 0. 01,P 〈 0. 05),as well as these indexes in the TS + neiguan rats had no statistical difference as compared with Con. There was no difference in angiotension II( Ang Ⅱ)and corticosterone( CORT) among 3 groups. Compared with Con,serum aldosterone( ALD) concentration increased in TS( P 〈 0. 05) and TS + neiguan( P 〈 0. 01). Conclusion Simulated weightlessness mainly results in decrease of the left ventricular function,cardiac structural and cardiovascular regulatory changes,and neiguan acupoint stimulation may alleviate these disadvantageous influence and may have a good foreground in countermining the cardiac functional changes in weightlessness environment.
