耐力性锻炼在载人航天飞行中的应用与发展 被引量:3

摘要 航天飞行引起的航天员有氧运动能力降低严重影响了在轨及返回后航天员完成任务的能力。对于有氧运动能力降低采取的措施主要是利用功率车或跑台进行耐力性锻炼。现有的锻炼方案还不能完全防止长期飞行导致的有氧运动能力下降,迫切需要对现有防护方案进行优化以进一步提高对有氧运动能力的防护。本文回顾了耐力性锻炼方案在航天中的应用,对高强度间歇性锻炼方案在航天中的应用进行了综述和展望。 Aerobic capacity reduction during space flight might impact crewmember ability to perform prolonged tasks during and after a space flight mission. Endurance exercise with bicycle or treadmill was the main measure against the reduction of aerobic capacity. The current exercise programs had not been fully effective for the protection of crew member aerobic fitness during long-term space flight. It was necessary to optimize the exercise prescription to improve or maintain astronaut ability to perform critical tasks and eventually extend the duration of missions. The paper reviewed the application of endurance exercise protocol in manned space flight.A brief outlook about the applications of high intensity intermittent exercise was discussed and prospected.
