脊柱包虫病1例报道 被引量：1

Spinal hydatid disease: a case report

摘要 脊柱包虫病是一种罕见疾病,在畜牧地区相对多见,发病隐匿,临床表现及影像学表现不典型,难以早期确诊,易误诊为结核、肿瘤等,从而延误治疗。我科收治1例脊柱包虫病患者,术前误诊为结核,报道如下。患者男性,50岁,藏族。因＂腰痛伴右下肢疼痛、麻木、乏力1年余,午后低热（最高37.8℃）、盗汗6个月＂于2013年10月入院。患者出生并生长于甘孜州牧区,长期进食生牛肉,有结核病接触史。入院查体：轮椅推入病房,体胖,
