大肠癌组织中miRNA-21表达水平及其与预后的研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的:探讨mi RNA-21在大肠癌中的表达及其意义。方法:检测90例大肠癌患者肿瘤组织以及癌旁组织中mi RNA-21的表达水平,并对其表达水平与临床预后的关系进行分析。结果:mi RNA-21在肿瘤组织中表达量明显升高,(P〈0.05);mi RNA-21在直径〉6 cm的肿瘤中的表达水平显著高于〈6 cm者;在〉70岁的肿瘤患者中的表达水平明显高于〈70岁者(P〈0.05)。mi RNA-21的高表达与生存期下降密切相关(HR=2.416,95%CI:1.314~4.445,P=0.005),而mi RNA-21低表达的患者其生存期显著上升(HR=2.100,95%CI:1.157~3.813,P=0.015),特别是TNM1期和2期的患者。结论:检测mi RNA-21的表达对大肠癌诊断及预后的判断有临床意义。
