新疆木垒地区哈萨克族和汉族人群牙周状况及与2型糖尿病的关联性分析

摘要 目的:探讨新疆木垒地区哈萨克族和汉族人群的牙周情况以及与2型糖尿病的相关性。方法:采取横断面调查设计选择2型糖尿病患者429例,其中哈萨克族220例,汉族209例,记录其探诊深度(PD)、附着丧失(AL)、社区牙周指数(CPI)、缺牙数、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c),并进行口腔健康行为问卷调查相结合。结果:汉族2型糖尿病患者的慢性牙周炎(CP)患病率、PD、AL、CPI指数、缺牙数等均高于哈萨克族(P<0.05),汉族Hb A1c与AL的相关性较哈萨克族的更为密切。结论:2型糖尿病患者随着Hb A1c的升高,AL的程度也逐渐加大,CP的患病程度也随之加深,且汉族表现的更为明显。 AIM:To investigate the correlation of periodontal condition with type 2 diabetes mellitus in Ka-zak and Han ethnic groups in Mulei, Xinjiang, China.METHODS:429 type 2 diabetic patients (220 of Kazak and 209 of Han) were included in this cross-sectional study.Probing depth ( PD) , attachment loss ( AL) , community per-iodontal index (CPI), missing teeth and glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c) were measured and recorded.A question-naire concerning oral health behavior was answered by all subjects.RESULTS: Of the diabetic patients, Han ethic group showed higher chronic periodontitis incidence than Kazak ethic group ( p 〈0.05 ) .Furthermore, Han group showed higher correlation between HbA1c level and AL (p〈0.05).CONCLUSION:HbA1c level is positively cor-related with periodontal status in type 2 diabetic patients, especialy in Han people.
