睡眠剥夺及失眠患者的神经功能连接及网络 被引量:4

摘要 睡眠是人类正常的生理需求,具有促进生长发育的功能,同时对注意力、记忆力、学习等认知功能的维持必不可少。睡眠缺乏对人体健康有极其严重的影响[1],越来越多的研究指出睡眠缺乏是中风、多发性硬化、阿尔茨海默病、头痛、癫痫、疼痛等神经系统疾病的危险因素[2],同时与精神疾病共病。因此正确诊断和治疗失眠可以减少上述疾病发生的风险。
