反应温度对生物标记用Na_3ZrF_7:Yb^(3+),Er^(3+)纳米探针上转换发光的影响

摘要 目的:研究温度对上转换发光性能的影响。方法:通过水热法制备Na3Zr F7:Yb3+,Er3+纳米粒子;采用TEM,XRD和荧光光谱探究合成温度对其上转化发光性能的影响。结果:温度变化会影响纳米粒子的尺寸和晶型,进而影响其上转换发光。结论:Na3Zr F7:Yb3+,Er3+纳米粒子的发光强度随合成温度的升高而逐渐增强。 Objective:To study the effect of temperature on upconversion luminescence.Methods:Na3 ZrF7:Yb3+3+, Er3+nanopar-ticles were prepared with hydrothermal synthesis; the effect of temperature on upconversion luminescence of these nanoparticles was measured with TEM , XRD and fluorescence spectrophotometer.Results:The temperatures affect the particle sizes and crystal structures of Na3 ZrF7:Yb3+3+, Er3+ nanoparticles , as well as their upconversion luminescence.Conclusion:The luminous intensities of Na3 ZrF7:Yb3+3+, Er3+nanoparticles gradually enhance with the increases of temperature.
