摘要
以水性羟基丙烯酸作为主要成膜物质,三聚氰胺树脂作为固化剂,加入多种助剂配制预油漆纸用水性氨基/丙烯酸涂料。研究表明:当m(氨基)∶m(丙烯酸乳液)=0.27∶1时,在140℃下烘烤40 s形成的涂膜的耐干热性、耐湿热性、铅笔硬度以及耐化学品性等都达到了相关标准要求。用傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)研究反应前后氨基/丙烯酸涂料的结构变化,用差示扫描量热法(DSC)和热重法(TGA)分析涂膜的热性能。
Waterborne melamine/acrylic coatings for finish foil were prepared by using nydroxyl-functional acrylic emulsion as the main film forming substance and melamine resin as the curing agent as well as several additives. The results showed that the properties ( e.g., dry heat resistance, wet heat resistance, pencil hardness, and chemical resistance, etc.) of the cured film met the standard requirements when the mass ratio of melamine/acrylic emulsion was 0. 27 : 1 and the film was cured at 140℃ for 40 s. The structure of melamine/acrylic coatings during the curing process was studied by Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR) spectrosco- py. Thermal gravity analysis (TGA) and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) techniques were also used to analyze the thermal properties of the cured film.
