摘要
2004年,第十届全国人大二次会议审议并通过了宪法修正案,将国家"尊重和保障人权"写入宪法,这是我国法制建设具有里程碑意义的大事。本文简要论述我国人权事业发展历程及新的历史时期人权入宪对我国人权事业和法制建设事业的巨大促进作用。
In 2004,the two session of the Tenth National People′s Congress examined and adopted the amendments to the consti-tution,the state of “respect and ensure human rights” into the constitution,it is the milepost sense has the legal construction in this country big. This paper briefly discusses the process of Chinese human rights development and the new historical period of great role in promoting human rights into the Constitution for the cause of human rights in our country and the construction of the legal system cause.
