神经内镜介入下颅内血肿清除的临床应用及术后护理要点

Clinical Application and Operation of Interventional Endoscopic Removal of Intracranial Hematoma After Nursing Points

目的探讨神经内镜介入下颅内血肿清除术的疗效及护理要点。方法将114例颅内血肿患者按入院先后顺序随机分为传统组(58例)和内镜组(56例),传统组行开颅血肿清除,内镜组行内镜介入下血肿清除。术后予密切监测病情变化、维持有效的呼吸和循环、采取有效的护理措施、加强各管道护理、及时控制和减少并发症、有效的心理支持和健康教育。结果内镜组术后疗效(手术时间、平均住院日等),日常生活能力评价及护理质量满意度均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论神经内镜介入下颅内血肿清除术后配合精细护理可明显提高手术疗效和护理满意度。

Objective To investigate the efficacy and nursing care of intracranial hematoma removal with neuro endoscopy. Meth-ods The 114 patients with intracranial hematoma removal were randomly divided into traditional group （n=58） and Neuro Endoscopy group （n=56）. Nursing points included postoperative observation of vital signs,maintaining the respiratory and circulatory function, the management of ditubl drainage,prevent the complications,reinforcing functional exercise,the enhancement of psychological support and health education. Results The efficacy of intracranial hematoma removal with neuro endoscopy（ operative time,average length of stay） ,the evaluation for Activity of Daily Living and the degree of satisfaction of the quality of nursing care were better in neuro endos-copy group than that in traditional group （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The Postoperative Nursing care of Intracranial hematoma Removal with Neuro Endoscopy can greatly improve the effect of operation and the satisfaction at nursing care.
