摘要
诱导性多能干细胞来源于成熟体细胞,具有再分化为内、中、外三胚层细胞的潜能,较胚胎干细胞来源广、免疫排斥反应小,在肾脏再生领域最具发展前景。肾小管上皮细胞、肾小球系膜细胞等多种肾脏固有细胞可被诱导为多能干细胞,诱导性多能干细胞可定向分化为肾小球足细胞、肾小管上皮细胞等肾脏固有细胞,促进肾脏再生。本文就诱导性多能干细胞在肾脏再生领域的研究进展作一综述。
Differentiated somatic', cells including renal tubular epithelial cells and mesangial cells can be reprogrammed to an embryonic-like state, named induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSC). These reprogrammed cells could differentiate into cell types of the three germ layers in vitro and in teratomas in vivo. Injection of iPSC or podocyte derived from iPSC could alleviate renal injury in kidney disease models. In this paper, the researching progressions of induced pluripotent stem cells ill renal regeneration will be reviewed.
