9个不同居群虎耳草光合特性及有效成分含量分析 被引量:1

摘要 为比较筛选虎耳草优良品种,运用LI-6400便携式光合仪对虎耳草叶片光合特性进行了测定,并且采用HPLC测定了虎耳草全株岩白菜素和没食子酸含量.结果表明:湖南中方仙人谷虎耳草叶片净光合速率最高,为6.85μmol·m-2·s-1,该居群虎耳草的岩白菜素含量也最高,为3.94 mg·g-1.相关性分析结果表明,岩白菜素含量与净光合速率显著正相关,与总叶绿素含量极显著正相关;没食子酸含量与光合参数的相关系数均未达显著水平. In order to select varieties of S. stolonifera Curt.,the photosynthetic characteristics was measured by using Li- 6400,and content of active ingredients was determined by HPLC. The results showed that,population of Xianrengu Zhongfang had the highest net photosynthetic rate,that was 6. 71 μmol·m^- 2·s^- 1,meanwhile it had the highest content of bergenin,that was 3. 94 mg · g^- 1. Correlation analysis showed that, content of bergenin was significantly positively correlated with net photosynthetic rate,which also significantly positively correlated with content of total chlorophyll. But correlation coefficients of content of gallic acid and light parameters did not reach significant levels.
