摘要
荷叶是我国传统中药,黄酮作为其活性成分之一,研究较为广泛.本实验采用超声提取荷叶总黄酮,并用酵母细胞对其进行微胶囊化.包埋时间6 h,料液比为1∶7,芯材比为1∶2,包埋温度为50℃.由验证试验结果显示在此条件下荷叶总黄酮微胶囊化的包埋率可达到30.4%.
Lotus is traditional Chinese medicine,flavonoids as one of its active ingredients. The experiment flavonoids from lotus by ultrasound- assisted extraction and its yeast cell micro- encapsulation. Experimental results show that embedding 6 hours,solid- liquid ratio of 1∶ 7,the core material is 1∶ 2,the temperature is 50℃,as the conditions the embedding rate of up to 30. 4%.
