应用阳离子微电流检测技术在手术中定性诊断肿瘤的研究

摘要 目的:探讨一种手术中快速定性检测肿瘤新的方法。方法:选择术中切取的组织标本185例,进行冷冻切片诊断同时,同步应用阳离子微电流检测技术进行检测。CQ-1肿瘤检测仪探头置于样本上,荧屏上出现并行2条曲线,红线为标准线,黑线为检测线。单点测试5~10s,多点检测。冷冻切片诊断常规进行,检测结果与冷冻切片、石蜡切片相对照。结果:阳离子浓度曲线值恶性肿瘤0μA以上,交界性肿瘤0^-3μA,良性肿瘤0μA以内。结果与冷冻切片诊断符合176例(95.14%),与常规病理诊断符合174例(94.05%)。结论:该技术可广泛适用于外科、病理科室手术中对肿瘤的诊断,操作简便,准确率高,可多点大块定性检测肿瘤标本,判断切缘,确认病变范围,单次时间比冷冻切片诊断提前20 min。液态、已坏死、钙化与骨组织标本不适用。 Objective:To search a rapid and qualitative method for tumor diagnosis in operation. Methods: A total of 185 surgical specimens were diagnosed by both kathion micro-current detection and frozen section synchronously. When the probe of CQ-1 detector was placed on tissue, two curves of miro- current appeared on the screen of the detector. The red one is the standard line, while the black one is the detective line. The specimens were also diagnosed by the traditional frozen and paraffin sections staining technique. The detective results were compared with traditional techniques. Results:Specimen with the val- ue curve of kathion micro-current less than 0 μA was benign, which in contrast exceeding 0 μA was malignant. The coincidence rate of kathion micro-current detection with frozen and paraffin section were 95.14% and 94. 05% respectively. Conclusion: The detection could be widely used in surgery to diagnose benign or malignant tumor and also define margin infiltration. Further more,the method is 20 minutes faster than traditional frozen technique. However, specimens with large amount of liqued, necrosis or calcify are not suitable for the detection.
