摘要
丝素蛋白作为天然高分子,具有良好的生物相容性、可降解性,在医用材料、食品、化妆品方面作为复合材料组分的研究越来越受到重视。综述了丝素蛋白分别与壳聚糖、纤维素、角蛋白、聚乙烯醇、聚电解质、聚氨酯、无机硅和羟基磷灰石互配所制得的复合材料的研究进展,分析了丝素蛋白复合材料的发展趋势。
Silk fibroin as a natural polymer, possesses good biocompatibility and biodegradability. The study on silk fibroin as the component of composites in medical materials, food, cosmetics are paid more and more attention. The research progress on the composite materials from the combination of silk fibroin with chitosan, cellulose, keratin, polyvinyl alcohol, polyelectrolyte, polyurethane, inorganic silicon, hydroxyapatite were reviewed respectively , and the developing trend of the silk fibroin composites was analysed.
