摘要
研究了聚氨酯纳米氧化锡锑(ATO)透明隔热涂料的分散工艺,分析了水性浆料分散剂(螯合型、离子型、嵌段型分散剂)和分散方法(高速剪切、超声分散)、分散时间等对涂料可见光透过率和近红外阻隔率的影响。结果表明,螯合型分散剂效果最优,因其与ATO形成的螯合物更稳定;高速剪切分散与超声分散结合比采用单一分散工艺分散效果更好。综合来看,采用螯合型分散剂,对水性浆料高速剪切分散2h与超声分散20min相结合所制得的涂料隔热效果最好。
It was studied that the dispersing process of nano-sized antimony-doped tin oxide (ATO) in polyurethane transparent insulation coating. And the effect of some dispersing processes on the visible light transmittance and near infrared light blocking rate of coatings were analyzed, which included aqueous slurry dispersant (such as chelating, ionic, block type dispersant), dispersed methods (such as high-speed shear, ultrasonic dispersion), dispersion time. The results indicated that the effect of chelating type dispersant was best because of more stable chelation formed with ATO, and the dispersing effect of coating with high speed shearing and ultrasonic dispersion was better than with single dispersion process. Together, the thermal insulation of coating was best when it was prepared with chelating type dispersant and dispersion of high speed shearing 2 hours and ultrasonic dispersion 20 minute.
