膝关节运动性损伤的磁共振成像评分系统及其应用价值 被引量:4

摘要 目的:探讨合适的膝关节运动性损伤的磁共振评分系统。方法回顾性分析14~45岁60例运动性膝关节损伤的磁共振成像(MRI)影像学表现,包括:骨质、半月板、韧带及软组织损伤等异常改变,并进行MRI评分。结果60例膝关节的MRI检查均可见骨挫伤,共105处(其中38例为单发;22例为2处或多发),表现为长或稍长T1信号,在脂肪抑制序列上呈明显高信号,呈地图样、片状、斑点状等;另外,合并半月板损伤43例,韧带损伤29例,关节积液54例和关节周围软组织损伤23例。结论 MRI检查可以准确地发现膝关节运动性损伤的部位及形态,MRI评分系统能准确的量化膝关节损伤的程度。 Objective To probe the MRI finding and the MRI score of sporting related knee joint utilizing MRI. Methods and Material The MRI imaging data of 60 cases sporting related knee joints during 14-45 years were analyzed retrospectively, and the MRI characteristic finding include that from bone, meniscus, ligament and soft tissue injury. and for MRI score. Results Sixty cases were seen MRI of the knee bone bruise, a total of 105 (of which 38 cases were single;22 cases of two or multiple), expressed low or slightly low on T 1WI and high signal inten-sity on T2WI with fat suppressed, and manifest as geographic, patchy and mottling etc; addition, Bone contusion of knee joints were accompanied by 43 cases with meniscus injury, 29 cases with ligament injury, 54 cases with joint ef-fusion, and 23 soft tissue injury round joints. Conclusions MRI imaging can detect the location and shapes of sport-ing related bone contusion in knee joints,MRI score can accurately quantify the extent of the knee injury.
