摘要
患者女，14岁，因急性肺炎、抽搐入院。患者侏儒身材，身高约90 cm，智力较差；面容丑陋，头颅增大，眼距增宽，颧骨高；四肢短粗，手指短粗，指骨变尖，呈“爪型畸形”，腹部膨隆，肝增大。超声检查：右心增大，右心室心肌肥厚，肺动脉高压，中等量腹腔积液。实验室检查：尿中酸性黏多糖（AMP）阳性，外周血涂片可见Reilly小体。
