摘要
采用不同性能的NiCuZn铁氧体磁心,组装了小型功率电感。建立了电感值L的计算模型,研究了NiCuZn铁氧体对功率电感直流叠加特性的影响,并用Ansoft Maxwell软件仿真了电感的磁场强度H、磁感应强度B的分布和直流叠加特性。结果表明,电感的漏磁系数Kf约为0.85,电感值L随磁心材质起始磁导率μi的增加略微增大,但NiCuZn铁氧体的起始磁导率μi与饱和磁感应强度Bs对电感的直流叠加特性影响不大。功率电感的直流叠加特性的仿真结果与实测值相符,同时内部磁场强度H、磁感应强度B分布的仿真结果与理论分析相吻合。
Small-size power inductor was assembled by NiCuZn ferrites with different performance. A calculation model of inductance L was established,and influence of NiCuZn ferrites on DC bias superposition characteristics of small-size power inductor was studied. Simulation of inductor was done by Ansoft Maxwell for distribution of magnetic field H,magnetic induction B,and DC bias superposition characteristics. The results indicate that leakage coefficient Kfapproximately equals to 0. 85, and inductance value increases slightly as initial permeability μiincreasing. However,initial permeability μi and saturation magnetic induction Bsshow little impact on DC bias superposition characteristics. Besides,simulated results of DC bias superposition characteristics fit experiment tests well,distribution of magnetic field H and magnetic induction B match with theoretical analysis simultaneously.
