改质煤沥青制备浸渍剂沥青的研究 被引量:5

Study on the preparation of impregnating pitch from modified coal tar pitch

摘要 以改质煤沥青为原料经溶剂热过滤法制备低QI净化沥青,再将净化沥青通N2脱掉轻组分制备浸渍剂沥青。以QI含量、软化点和结焦值为指标考察了温度、时间、N2流量等因素的影响。结果表明,在250℃,40 min,N2流量为40 L/h条件下,所得浸渍剂沥青的指标参数为软化点88℃左右,QI含量〈0.5%,TI含量为22.25%,结焦值为55.77%。红外光谱分析表明,和原料沥青相比,浸渍剂沥青的羰基类和胺类化合物减少,芳烃结构减少,饱和烃类结构增加;热重分析表明,浸渍剂沥青的小分子含量较原料沥青相对较多;黏度的测定表明,在130-200℃黏温曲线呈现负指数关系。 The purified pitch with low QI was prepared from modified coal tar pitch through solvent hot filtering process, then impregnant pitch were obtained by the method of blowing in N2 to remove off light component. The effects of reaction temperature, reaction time and N2 flow rate on the QI content, softening point and coking value of the impregnant pitch were studied. The experimental results showed that, when the reaction condition was 250℃for 40 min with N2 flow of 40 L/h, the obtained products showed the softening point of 88 ℃, QI content of <0.5%, TI content of 22.25%, coking value of 55.77%. Compared with raw materials of pitch, the contents of carbonyl, amine compounds and aromatic structure of impregnant pitch decreased and saturated hydrocarbon structures increased by infrared spectrum analysis. Thermogravimetric analysis showed that small molecular components of impregnant pitch were more than the raw materials of pith. Viscosity measurement revealed that the viscosity-temperature curve was negative exponent relationship between 130-200℃.
