摘要
分别以β成核剂二苯基己二酞二胺(NT–C)和芳酰胺类化合物(TMB–5)增韧PP/EPDM复合材料,制备了PP/EPDM/NT–C复合材料与PP/EPDM/TMB–5复合材料。研究了β成核剂与EPDM的协同增韧效应,以及两种β成核剂对PP/EPDM复合材料固化行为及结晶行为的影响。结果表明,在TMB–5含量相同时,随着EPDM含量的增加,PP/EPDM/TMB–5结晶速率先增大后减小,在EPDM质量分数为10%时达到最佳。在EPDM含量相同时,随着NT–C含量的增加,PP/EPDM/NT–C复合材料的结晶速率逐渐提高。
Diphenyl phthalate diamine (NT–C) and aryl dicarboxylic acid amide (TMB–5) were adopted to toughen PP/EPDM composites. Both PP/EPDM/NT–C and PP/EPDM/TMB–5 composites were prepared. The synergistic toughening effect of β–form nucleating agent and EPDM was investigated, together with the influence of two β–form nucleating agents on solidification and crystallization behaviors of PP/EPDM composites. The results show that for given TMB–5 content, the crystallization rate of PP/EPDM/TMB–5 composites initially increase and then decrease with EPDM content increasing. When the content of EPDM is 10%, the crystallization rate of PP/EPDM/TMB–5 composites is the highest. For given EPDM content, the crystallization rate of PP/EPDM/NT–C composites gradually increase with the increase of NT–C content.
