摘要
以自制的实验装置系统探究了低速轻载条件下尼龙滑轮和尼龙丝绳、PVC丝绳、镀锌导线芯三种丝绳的打滑特性及预紧力大小对打滑的影响。试验表明,塑料绳轮传动的打滑率与丝绳的材料有关,在同样的条件下PVC丝绳在所试验的三种材料中打滑率最低。通过采用摩擦系数大的材料、施加合适的预紧力可对打滑率实现很好地限制,使用该实验装置测试低速、轻载条件下塑料绳轮传动的打滑率是简便可行的。
With the system of homemade experimental instrument, the slipping properties of nylon pulley and nylon rope, PVC rope, galvanized wire rope under conditions of low speed, light load were explored,and the impact of preload on slipping was explored . The test results show that there is a relationship between the slip rate of plastic rope pulley drive and the materials of rope, and that PVC rope in the three kinds of experimental materials has the minimum slip rate in the same conditions. The slip rate can be limited easily by applying materials with high friction coefficient, adjusting the preload suitably. By the experimental instrument, testing the slip rate of plastic rope pulley drive under conditions of low speed, light load is simple and feasible.
