钛酸钾晶须增强MC尼龙力学性能研究 被引量:3

摘要 采用经硅烷偶联剂处理的钛酸钾晶须(PTW)及单体浇铸尼龙(MC尼龙)制备了PTW增强MC尼龙复合材料,研究了PTW对MC尼龙的增强机理,以及PTW含量对复合材料力学性能的影响。同时通过扫描电子显微镜分析了经硅烷偶联剂处理的PTW的形貌特征以及PTW在MC尼龙中的分散情况。结果表明,PTW晶须结构纤细,在MC尼龙中的分散已经达到微米级,并且随着PTW加入量的增加,增强MC尼龙材料的拉伸强度、弯曲强度和弯曲弹性模量也随着提高,但超过一定量后其强度反而降低,拉伸强度与弯曲强度在PTW质量分数为1.5%时最大,冲击强度在PTW质量分数为1%时最大。 Potassium titanate whiskers(PTW) reinforced monomer casting nylon(MC nylon) composites were prepared by using silane coupling agent treated PTW and MC nylon. The reinforcing principle of PTW modified MC nylon was studied. The influence of PTW content on mechanical properties of MC nylon composites was studied. The morphology of silane coupling agent treated PTW and the dispersity of PTW in MC nylon matrix were analyzed through scanning electron microscope (SEM). The results indicate that the structure of PTW is tenuous,and the dispersity of PTW already achieve a micro-level in MC nylon. The mechanical properties of MC nylon such as tensile strength,curving strength and modulus of elasticity are reinforced continuously with the increase of PTW content. But when PTW achieve the given content,the mechanical properties of PTW modified MC nylon decrease obviously,meanwhile the tensile and curving strength are best when the content of PTW is 1.5%,and the impact performance is best when the content of PTW is 1%.
