地塞米松预防口腔颌面部术后并发症疗效观察

Clinical observation of dexamethasone in prevention of oral and maxillofacial surgery complications

目的 研究地塞米松预防口腔颌面部术后并发症的临床疗效.方法 选取56例行口腔颌面部手术患者的临床资料,随机将其分为两组,每组28例,对照组采用常规抗生素治疗,观察组采用地塞米松治疗,比较两组患者的肿胀程度、疼痛、瘢痕、感染发生率.结果 观察组无肿胀24例,占85.7％;对照组无肿胀18例,占64.3％,观察组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.观察组瘢痕、感染、疼痛发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 患者行口腔颌面部术后使用地塞米松可有效减轻肿胀情况,降低瘢痕、疼痛、感染发生率.

Objective To study the clinical curative effect of dexamethasone on preventing postoperative complications of oral and maxillofacial region.Methods Fifty-six patients with oral and maxillofacial surgery routine were selected and divided into two groups randomly,with 28 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional antibiotic therapy,and the observation group was treated with dexamethasone.The degree of swelling,pain,scarring,incidence of infection of the two groups were compared.Results In the observation group,24 patients had no swelling,the percentage was 85.7％.And 18 patients had no swelling in the control group,the percentage was 64.3％.The difference was significant（P ＜ 0.05）.Scar pain,infection,incidence in observation group were lower in the observation group than those in the control group,and there were significant differences （P ＜ 0.05）.Conclusions For patients with oral and maxillofacial surgery,dexamethasone treatment can effectively reduce swelling,reduce the scar,pain,infection incidence of patients.
