摘要
目的 探讨MRI在诊断剖宫产后瘢痕妊娠（CSP）中的应用价值.方法 回顾性分析2012年8月至2014年5月期间19例经手术及病理证实为CSP的MR图像特征,计算MRI诊断准确率.结果 CSP的典型MRI图像表现为子宫前壁剖宫产瘢痕处异常信号影,T1WI上低信号为主,T2WI上为不均匀高信号.MRI诊断CSP的准确率是89.5％.结论 MRI是诊断CSP的有效手段,能为临床诊断和治疗提供重要影像学依据.
Objective To investigate the value of MRI on the diagnosis of cesarean scar pregnancy（CSP）.Methods MRI feature of nineteen cases of cesarean scar pregnancy conformed by surgery and pathology from Aug 2012 to May 2014 were retrospectively analyzed.The diagnostic accuracy of MRI was calculated.Results The typical MRI feature of CSP was abnormal signal in the anterior wall of uterus where the caesarean scar was located,and the lesion was low signal intensity on T1WI and heterogeneous high signal intensity on T2WI.The diagnostic accuracy of MRI was 89.5％.Conclusions MRI is useful in diagnosis of cesarean scar pregnancy,which can help clinical diagnosis and treatment.
