喜炎平联合利巴韦林治疗小儿手足口病的临床效果观察

Clinical effect of Xiyanping combined with ribavirin on children with hand foot and mouth disease

目的 探讨喜炎平联合利巴韦林治疗小儿手足口病的临床疗效.方法 选取2012年9月至2013年11月驻马店市中心医院治疗的78例小儿手足口病患者,将其随机分为观察组和对照组,每组39例,对照组采用注射用双黄连治疗,观察组采用喜炎平联合利巴韦林治疗,分析对比两组患者的临床治疗效果.结果 观察组总有效率为98％,对照组为74.4％,观察组明显优于对照组（P＜0.05）,观察组治愈时间、发热消退时间及疱疹消退时间均明显低于对应组（P＜0.05）.结论 采用喜炎平联合利巴韦林治疗小儿手足口病临床疗效显著,患者治愈时间短,临床症状及体征消退迅速,值得广泛推广应用.

Objective To study the clinical effect of Xiyanping combined with ribavirin on children with hand foot and mouth disease.Methods Seventy-eight patients were selected in central hospital of Zhumadian for treatment with infantilehand-foot-mouth disease from September 2012 to November 2013.All the patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,and each group had 39 cases.The control group were given injection of Shuanghuanglian,the observation group were treated with Xiyanping combined with ribavirin in treatment.The clinical therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of observation group was 98％,and the total effective rate of control group was 74.4％.The clinical therapeutic effect in observation group was obviously superior to the patients in control group （P ＜ 0.05）.The healing time,fever subsided time and simplex subsided time in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group （P ＜ 0.05）.Conclusions The clinical therapeutic effect of Xiyanping combined with ribavirin on children with infantilehand-foot-mouth disease is significant.And the cure time is short,the clinical symptoms and signs disappeared rapidly,and is worthy widely used.
