微创解剖钢板内固定与传统手术治疗胫骨远端骨折的临床效果对比观察 被引量:5

Clinical effect comparison of minimally invasive anatomic plate internal fixation and traditional operation in treatment of distal tibial fractures

摘要 目的 探讨微创解剖钢板内固定与传统手术治疗胫骨远端骨折的临床效果.方法 选取2012年10月至2013年11月治疗的46例胫骨远端骨折患者,将其随机分为观察组和对照组,每组23例,对照组采用传统切开复位内固定术治疗,观察组采用微创解剖钢板内固定术治疗,两组均随访0.5 ~2年,分析对比两组患者的临床治疗效果.结果 对照组优良率为69.6%,观察组为95.7%,观察组临床疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05),观察组手术时间、住院时间和术中出血量均明显少于对照组(P<0.05).结论 采用微创解剖钢板内固定术治疗胫骨远端骨折疗效显著,与传统手术治疗相较创伤较小、出血量少且手术时间和住院时间均较短,值得广泛推广应用. Objective To investigate the clinical effects of minimally invasive anatomic plate internal fixation and traditional operation in the treatment of distal tibial fractures.Methods Forty-six patients with distal tibial fractures during October 2012 and November 2013 were selected.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 23 cases in each group.The control group were treated with traditional open reduction and internal fixation.The observation group were treated by minimally invasive anatomic plate internal fixation.Both groups were followed up for 0.5-2 years.The clinical therapeutic effects of the two groups were analyzed and compared.Results The excellent and good rate was 69.6% in the control group,and was 95.7% in the observation group.The clinical curative effect of observation group patients was significantly better than that in the control group (P < 0.05).The operation time,hospitalization time and intraoperative bleeding of observation group were significantly less than that in the control group (P < 0.05).Conclusions Minimally invasive anatomic plate fixation in treatment of distal tibial fracture has good efficacy.Compared to traditional operation,it with less trauma,less bleeding and operation time and shorter hospitalization time.It is worthy of widely used in clinic.
