优质护理对肝硬化合并上消化道出血的疗效及护理体会

Curative effect and nursing experience of the high quality nursing in the cirrhosis combined with upper digestive tract hemorrhage

目的 探讨优质护理对肝硬化合并上消化道出血的临床疗效及护理体会.方法 将160例肝硬化合并上消化道出血患者随机分为常规护理组和优质护理组,每组80例.观察比较两组患者的临床疗效、再出血率,上消化道出血诱因知晓率以及护理满意度.结果 与常规护理组相比,优质护理组总有效率明显提高、再出血率显著降低,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）;优质护理组患者对饮食不当、过度劳累、情绪波动、腹内压增高、刺激性药物、上呼吸道感染等上消化道出血诱因的知晓率均明显提高,护理服务满意度明显提高,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 对于肝硬化合并上消化道出血患者,优质护理能够明显提高治疗的临床效果,降低再出血发生率,提高患者对诱因的知晓率及治疗依从性,提升患者对护理服务的满意度.

Objective To study the clinical curative effect and nursing experience of the high quality nursing in the cirrhosis combined with upper digestive tract hemorrhage.Methods One hundred and sixty patients with the cirrhosis combined with upper digestive tract hemorrhage in central hospital of Xinyang,were randomized into the routine nursing group and the high quality nursing group,with 80 patients in each group.The clinical efficacy and re-bleeding rate,the awareness rate of upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage cause and nursing satisfaction degree in the two groups were observed and compared.Resuits Compared with the routine nursing group,the total effective rate was significantly increased and the re-bleeding rate was obviously reduced in the high quality nursing group （P ＜ 0.05）,compared with the routine nursing group,the awareness rates of upper digestive tract hemorrhage induced causes such as improper diet,overwork,emotion,intra-abdominal pressure,irritant drug,upper respiratory tract infection were significantly increased in the high quality nursing group （P ＜ 0.05）.Compared with the routine nursing group,the nursing satisfaction degree obviously increased in the high quality nursing group （P ＜0.05）.Conclusions For the patients with cirrhosis combined with upper digestive tract hemorrhage,the high quality nursing can significantly increase the clinical efficacy,reduce the re-bleeding rate,improve the awareness rate of induced causes and treatment compliance,enhance the patients＇ satisfaction degree for nursing service,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
