摘要
目的 探讨心理护理对老年骨折手术患者的情绪和住院满意度的影响.方法 随机选2013年1月至2013年10月老年骨折患者30例为观察组,施行术前心理干预,同时选取一般资料与观察组相匹配的老年骨折住院患者30例为对照组,对两组患者的焦虑、抑郁程度、住院满意度进行调查.结果 两组术前抑郁和焦虑程度比较差异未见统计学意义（P＞0.05）,术后第2天观察组患者抑郁程度和焦虑程度较对照组显著降低.出院时,观察组患者住院满意度明显高于对照组.结论 对老年骨折患者实施心理护理干预对于改善患者抑郁、焦虑的情绪状态,提高住院满意度有积极作用.
Objective To investigate the psychological nursing for emotions and satisfaction of the elderly hospitalized patients with fracture surgery.Methods Thirty elderly fracture patients using preoperative psychological intervention were randanly selected as observation group.Meanwhile general data matched hospitalized senile fracture patients were selected as control group.Anxiety,depression,patients＇ satisfaction of the two groups were investigated.Results There were no statistical differences of depression and anxiety between observation group and control group at first,but after psychological nursing,depression and anxiety significantly reduced in patients of observation group.When left the hospital,patient satisfaction of observation group was obviously higher than that of control group.Conclusions Implementation of psychological nursing intervention in patients with senile fracture can remove patients＇ depression and anxiety emotion,improve the hospital satisfaction.
