顶岗实习中大学生思想政治教育模式研究

Research on the Mode of University Students' Ideological and Political Education in Their On-post Practice

顶岗实习是大学实践教学的重要环节,顶岗实习管理是大学生思想政治教育的重要内容,也是思想政治教育的难点。本文以石家庄学院景区开发与管理专业顶岗实习为例,分析了顶岗实习期间学生心理和行为特征,提出了企业、专业指导老师、辅导员和学生四者密切配合,充分发挥学生主体地位的"四位一体"顶岗实习大学生思想政治教育模式,取得了显著效果,对顺利完成实习任务起到了明显的促进作用。

On-post practice is an important link in university practice teaching, and on-post practice management is an impor-tant content of university students＇ ideological and political edu-cation, as well as a difficult point of ideological and political edu-cation. Exemplified by the on-post practice of scenic spot devel-opment and management major of Shijiazhuang University, this paper analyzes students＇ psychological and behavioral character-istics during their on-post practice, and proposes the＂four-in-one＂ ideological and political education mode during the on-post practice, which needs the close cooperation of enter-prises, professional tutors, counselors and students, and gives full play to students＇ subjective role. Significant result has been achieved, and a significant impetus has been given to the suc-cessful completion of students＇ practice tasks.
