加强高校教师职业道德修养,提高高校教师职业道德素质是我国高校教师队伍建设的核心问题,需要通过加强高校教师自身修养,强化正确的政治导向、文化导向和社会导向,加强和完善制度建设和监督体系,以及深入科学探究等方法来实现。高校教师在职业生涯中应自觉遵守职业道德和法律规范。这是提高教师队伍自身修养的需要,是贯彻落实党的教育方针和实施国家教育发展战略的需要,是高校进行人才培养、科学研究和服务社会的需要,是维护法律尊严和促进高等教育科学发展的需要。

It is the essential problem for university teach-er-groups training to enhance teachers＇ occupational ethics train-ing and improve their occupational ethics quality. It needs to strengthen university teachers＇ personal cultivation, reinforce correct political, cultural and social guidance, consummate the system construction and surveillance system, and encourage in-depth scientific inquiry. University teachers should con-sciously abide by professional ethics and legal norms during their teaching life. It is the requirement for improving their self-culti-vation; for implementing the CPC＇s education policy and national educational strategies; for students training, scientific research and public service, and for maintaining the dignity of the law and promoting the scientific development of higher education.
