基于“卓越计划”的国际商务人才培养的几点思考

Some Considerations about Cultivating International Business Talents Based on "Excellence Planing"

"卓越计划"工程不仅对于工科建设有重要意义,而且对于其他学科也有着重要的参考价值。随着全球一体化进程的不断加快,既精通理论又通晓国际商务知识的应用型国际商务人才日益受到重视。基于此,本文在卓越理念的指导下,从培养模式、培养目标、培养方案、培养基地、考核模式以及校企合作的长远机制等方面给出了培养卓越国际化商务人才的具体措施。

＂Excellence planning＂ project has important signifi-cance not only for the engineering construction, but also for the other subjects. With the accelerating process of global integra-tion , the international business talents who grasp both theoretical and applicable knowledge are becoming more concerned. Based on this, this paper gives some specific measures to cultivate out-standing international business talents from training mode, train-ing target, training plan, training base, examination mode, and the long-term mechanism of cooperation between colleges and enter-prises, under the guidance of the concept of excellence.
