浅谈高职学生职业生涯规划

A Brief Discussion on Higher Vocational Students' Career Planning

与普通高等教育相比,高级职业教育最鲜明的特色就是它的职业属性,因此传统高职教育人才培养模式倾向于设计促进学生顺利就业的方法,但这种急功近利的教育理念违背了教育的真谛,忽视了德育教育,忽视了培养学生正确的价值观和人格健康,从而限制了学生的长远发展。基于此,本文首先分析了职业生涯规划的意义,从德育的角度分析了职业生涯规划在高职教育中的作用,最后提出如何利用它提高高职德育教育,进而提高高职教育整体教学水平的措施,具有积极的实践意义。

Compared with common higher education, the most striking feature of higher vocational education is its professional property, so traditional talent cultivation mode for higher voca-tional education tends to design methods that promote students＇ successful employment, which is aimed to seek quick success and instant benefits, going against the essence of education. Be-sides, this mode neglects moral education and the cultivation of students＇ correct values and healthy personality, thus restricting students＇ long-term development. On this basis, this paper first analyzes the significance of career planning, then analyzes the role of career planning in higher vocational education from the angle of moral education, and finally puts forward measures to improve higher vocational moral education, and then the overall level of higher vocational education by using career planning, so this paper is of positive and practical significance.
